Dalama.in – Terms & Conditions (Short Version)
By using Dalama.in or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. General
Dalama.in provides food items and general products. All orders depend on availability, and we may cancel or refuse orders when necessary.
2. Account
Customers must give correct details while registering and are responsible for protecting their account and password.
3. Orders
An order is considered an offer to buy. We may reject orders due to unavailable items, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed only after dispatch.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices may change anytime. Payments can be made online or via COD (where allowed). Dalama.in is not responsible for bank/payment delays.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided. Delivery time may vary due to traffic or weather. Failed delivery for food items may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
Food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
General items can be returned within 1 hour if unopened and unused.
Wrong or damaged items must be reported within 1 hour with proof.
7. Product Display
Images are for illustration only. Real product color/size may differ and cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.
8. Content Ownership
All text, images, and branding on Dalama.in belong to the company and cannot be copied without permission.
9. Liability
Dalama.in is not responsible for indirect or accidental losses. Liability is limited to the product price. Incorrect address or customer mistakes are not our responsibility.
10. Privacy
Customer data is used as per our Privacy Policy for order and communication purposes.
11. Legal
All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kendrapada, Odisha (PIN 754214).
12. Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Customers should review them regularly.
