- Food Items (Perishable Products)
Food items and other products that can spoil, degrade, or lose quality after opening,
touching, or using are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
This includes items that:
Are opened
Have been used or handled
Are perishable and may spoil after delivery
Are delivered in good condition but not preferred by the customer
No return or refund will be provided for these items. - General Products (Non-Perishable)
For all other general, non-perishable items, the customer may request a return within 1
hour of delivery.
Return Eligibility Conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as delivered.
Customers must submit clear photos or videos if requested for verification.
Process:
Submit a return request within 1 hour of receiving the product.
Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
Upon approval, the item will be picked up or returned as instructed.
Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned product. - Wrong or Damaged Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please report it immediately within
1 hour with photos or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation. - Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
Opened or used food items
Any product that becomes perishable after opening
Items damaged due to customer handling
Products marked as non-returnable on the website - Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
